disgusting service provider

The most disgusting service provider ever, my network was down for 3 weeks & I call them to advise they told me it would take about 3days to resolved however its still not resolved, I requested to speak to a manager & I was told that I would receive a call back & I'm still awaiting for a call.

Please guys if you reading this don't waste your money on Rain there support stuff is very *********** they very unskilled & lack customer services skills.

They don't understand what services is.
