Disgusting service if any

OMG.. what a nightmare to contact Rain. Phones juat ring, when u do finally get hold of someone after daya of trying, u either get cut off or this person cannot help because they r inadequately trained. I finally facebook messaged and they answered but never rep**** again. I cancelled and if u debit my account again i will get my lawyers involved. Your company promises the moon, stars and mars and we get dirt. U should be ashamed of yourselves.
