DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM THE COURIER GUY (DELIVERY GUY)
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE . THEIR COURIER COMPANY IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!

07 Feb 2023, 08:45CCD Couriers promised to deliver the router on Monday morning and I excitedly gave them the address. Monday morning I received an SMS that the driver will be delivering my parcel between 10am - 12 pm. I waited and waited and waited and waited then around 1 o'clock I received a message that the driver is delaying.
Received a (one) missed call from a number that I did not have on my contacts and returned the call then it was CCD Courier driver, who told me he was waiting by FNB for me and he had to leave because I was not there and he is not fami**** with the place. I then asked what is the address on the parcel he said second floor Rivonia Village, FNB is not on the second floor! He shouted telling me how he is not driving back to the office to deliver my parcel.
I called CCD Courier office for assistance and I guess they call him....... he drove back to the office angry and unfortunately I carried an ID with my previous surname. I showed him the ID he refused to accept it and I showed him a copy of my ID with current surname he still refused.
Him refusing to accept the IDs was not a problem, what irritated me was him laughing and rejoicing at the fact that he is not assisting me. He is going back with the parcel. I called their office and they were also not helpful.
His behavior was very bad!!!! I wouldn't like to deal with such people in my life.
