DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

Hi, my husband decided to use rain as our internet service provider. We have three sons and two of my sons are studying on line. We have been without internet connection since Thursday the 11th of March. My kids have lost out on lessons for 2days and we haven't been having a connection for Showman since then. The kids are so stressed out since they are missing out on their online lessons. We have called Rain on numerous occasions and no one seems eager to assist us...No technician is attending to query escalations till today. This service is cramps, unprofessional and disgusting. I can never recommend Rain to even my worst enemies. RAIN must compensate me for their lack of service delivering and the inconveniences caused. We have to date spoken to numerous call center agents namely: Kamogelo, Lebogang, Dikeledi, Reginah and their team leader Thandeka, just to name a few...No one is competitive enough to come up with a solution...
