DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

Rain reference number: *** I initially gave a disgusting service review via Hellopeter on the 15 August 2020! Rain responded via Hellopeter (a person Yeoline) apologising for the poor service and that an agent would be contacting me. On the 16 August 2020 - I receive an e-mail from a Rain agent (Paroshnee P) thanking me for contacting Rain support and apologies for the delay in response.

He informs me that they have checked my connection and that the tower I am connected to, is congested - an unplanned problem caused by the COVID-19 epidemic - a phenomenon experienced by networks the world over. It is a problem (the congestion) that Rain cannot solve quickly and that my situation cannot be remedied immediatly. He informs me that the situation will however improve as soon as lockdown regulations are relaxed! I respond to the said e-mail via e-mail on the 17 August 2020! Paroschnee responds via e-mail (17 August 2020) that he has escalated my e-mail to management and awaits their response. He promises to give me feedback. On the same day Paroshnee sends me a further e-mail that he sent my query to their engineers - he will give me feedback! I am so excited that there is movement from Rain and I thank him for coming back to me! Well that is where it ended! It is now the 25 August 2020 and NO further correspondence from Rain - even Paroshnee has taken leave of absence! My service has worsened - it is pathetic!!!!
