DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

Rain Internet Service Provider is a joke an absolute joke! I am from Gonubie a suburb of East London in the Eastern Cape! I am getting no service from Rain - I have done speed checks and my uploads average 0.2! less than 1! I am a practicing accountant and was advised by my Computer provider to get Rain! I need to work from home but it has been a disaster! I have reported this matter on an ongoing basis and their promise of a rain agent responding within 24 to 48 hours is a sick joke! I believe we have a case of false and/or even *****ulant adverting! They continue advertising - knowing full well that they cannot deliver! Even theft - they take our monies and give us nothing in return - nothing!
