Disgusting service from RAIN
My router arrived Wed last week. No internet since Thursday. ZERO service, ZERO contact - DISGUSTING service!!!!!!!!!! My rating would be less than ZERO - the same service I received. I've just cancelled it.

19 Sept 2023, 14:28I would really like to thank Jordan from Rain for actually picking up the phone to make contact with me and try resolve the issues I'm having. He contacted my son at home and seems they will send out a technician. The point remains that I had to first lose it and do a bad review before anyone contacted me. Hopefully this will be resolved with speed, excuse the pun.
