Disgusting service

-1 is the rating I would give these putrid services provider, customer service platform are a joke, chats get dropped while you waiting to be connected, calls are on hold for more than 30min and no response to emails... thoroughly disgusted. I have had poor network for more than 2 week, at no point in the day is my signal strong.
