DISGUSTING SERVICE
Pay for a service which is not delivered. Log a complaint many times and get automated reply with reference number. Not a single response from Rain. Numerous phone calls and was told the matters were responded to. YES-THE AUTOMATED RESPONSE. Was transferred to a "manager" and promised the matter will receive attention. TO DATE; NOTHING.
