Disgusting Service

I have moved house? I contacted rain for connectivity I was told yes I have coverage and asked that I pay upfront which I paid an amount of R479. I received my router within 2 days when I plugged in I did not get connection i then called Rain about 15 times trying to sort out the issue only to find out the sim was faulty I was told I will receive a new som card the next day I waited 3 days for a new sim eventually I got tired of them and decided to cancel with immediate effect I was told o would get my refund with 5 days. I am still waiting for my refund!!! I am tried of being transfered with no help
