disgusting service

i still await to be contacted by rain i was advised last week that somepone would contact me still waiting. This is why we say this service is pathetic . i just want someone to fetch the router. IS THIS SO DIFFICULT TO JUST FETCH YOUR DAMN THING. absolutely disgusting

I have been calling rain everyday since Tuesday and i am not getting no assistance never have i encountered such a **** service , everyday i am advised that i will be called back even now on the phone with them and i am getting nowhere . CAN FETCH THERE DAMN **** ROUTER

i paid 500 and something for rain 101 i want it cancelled and the money credited to my outstanding balance of R739 , this is the issue i have with rain, they discuss with you one then you speak to someone else and its a different story .please confirm correct status
