Disgusting Service by Rain South Africa

I have placed an order with Rain South Africa on 31 May 2020, my payment has been processed and confirmed by my bank with a proof of payment. My order on their website still shows "order awaiting payment". I have contacted them under their support link they dont respond. I called them out on Twitter and they responded requesting a proof of payment which I forwarded to them, and then they went silent. There is no call center to call them, no email address provided on their website. This is disgusting service.
