Disgusting service

Absolute nonsense. I purchased the rain 4g sim card and internet package today. Only to find out that I only get up to max 3 mbps (if I am lucky) but mostly 0.8mbps, which is far from the 10 mbps on their website. I called in 10 times today and no one helped me. Worse, the last person blatantly **** to me, I asked when the lines close and she said they close at 10pm today, i confirmed with her that I will be able to call in after 8pm because I need this internet (THAT I PAID FOR) to work since I need it for my job. She confirmed again that I will be able to call after 8pm. I called after 8pm to find out that the lines do actually at 8pm, she said this just to get me off the line. Disgusting service and it has only been one day.
