Disgusting service at Rain once again
Rain have disconnected my service and all is paid every month on time the self help service is the biggest, *******,spoke to a rude gentleman by the name of kathlego who does not deserve the title client care. Have sent all proof of every month payments including this month and have been told to wait 2 to 24hrs.. worse ever in the mean time I am not able to work and they don't give a dam...

04 Oct 2021, 13:55Good day. My services has just been restored. I have lost half a days salary that I will get back from where. I would like Kathlego to be spoken to completely heartless and tells me to pay again because account not paid when all proof of payments were sent. Completely illiterate.
