Disgusting service and no equiped consultants whatsoever

Rain...your services are ridiculous. After numerous calls to your tech support with no one getting back to me, i kept on staying with you anf paid you even though i never enjoyed the benefit of your so called "Amazing" 5g product. I have cancelled my sim and sent you 5 emails already to get back to me with NO response. Please do not force me to start mentioning your consultants name here and start shaming them. I expect my refund ASAP, also please provide your employees with the necessary skills and equipment to service customers. You really need a wake up call. RAIN IS PATHETIC STAY AWAY FROM THESE ******!!!!
