Disgusting Service and a Horrible service provider

To date no feedback received from Rain after countless times of calling and emailing them regarding my refund. They acknowledge here on Hello Peter but do not bother calling nor communicating it’s over 3months trying to get my refund from them am beyond disgusted with their service. They do not take customers serious none of their staff members assist you get placed on hold to no resolution. I am going to go directly to their offices to get my money am tired of running from pillar to post. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
