Disgusting Service!!!

I've had Rain for about 2 years and I have absolutely nothing good to say about it. I got it as a backup in the event of load shedding because I work from home.

Every single time I try to use it during load shedding there is NO SERVICE, NO SIGNAL, NO NOTHING. I have have never seen such terrible service from a company in my life. What is the point of paying for a service I NEVER GET TO USE???

I'm furious!!! You guys had better jack up your act or you will lose yet another customer. I haven't seen any good reviews about your services anywhere so it seems I'm not the only one. It doesn't seem like you need customers considering you never respond or do anything to improve yourselves.
