Disgusting Service!!!!!!

So my router stopped working on Friday the 19th of December I then called Rain on the 20th of December 2025 and I was advised I will be getting a replacement router in 3-5 business days I should wait to hear from the courier guys as to when exactly it will be delivered. It’s now the 23rd of December 2025 and I haven’t heard anything so I give them a call and I was advised my ticket was closed but they will now escalate it. I’m disgusted by the service as I use my Wi-Fi to work from home yet these people don’t have the urgency but come month end they’ll close my Wi-Fi should I not pay for it. I’m really upset by this and it makes me want to switch.
