Disgusting service

Very unprofessional service after waiting for more than 4 working days for my router they tell me they cannot trace my delivery because it is with the courier company what nonsense is that. They were quick to get me to pay the prorata but they cannot deliver. The network is a nightmare and I have been logging calls but no help. Tne call center consultant could hardly speak English with an Indian accent I struggled to follow the conversation.

Do not sign up for this **** service I have suffered double.
