Disgusting Service

Rain does not even deserve a 1 rating, they are disastrous, here to capitalize on people's hard earned money. Cancelled my rain subscription over a month and this is a second month they debited my account without using their services. I regret the day I took subscription with them. They are ****mers and I am comfortable to call them *****sters. They make falls promises and they do not care, all they care about is our money and all they are good at doing; is debiting their former customers. I've lost a lot because of RAIN, my 2 mobile numbers I've been using for over a decade. After cancelling the subscription, my 2 numbers were not ported back to my original service provider. You are messing with people's life. You are a disgrace and shame to our country. You can tell from their agents that they like cheap labour, they hire people who are not well trained. I don't think they even take their staff for induction when assuming duties with the,.

I want my money that was debited from my account today. I will lodge a complaint with consumer ombuds.
