Disgusting service!

I contacted rain a couple of months ago due to speed lagging and a fellow by the name of Desmond emailed me and gave me a turn around 3 times. I did all necessary trouble shooting but everytime I tried to follow up he would tell me to do the same thing over and over.

I had issues with making a payment on the website yesterday and today and I tried to contact rain on Facebook as well as via their support option on the site and nobody got back to me. I needed to figure it out on my own.

I then asked to change my plan and immediately someone contacted me back. I didn’t even need to wait for 30 minutes! Which led me to believe that when you have an issue, none of thshe “support agents” wants to assist but once it benefits them they quick to get back to you! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!
