Disgusting service.

Extremely poor customer service received! I ordered my router last week Monday and received it within the week on the Thursday early afternoon. I’ve set up the router according to the instructions however I am unable to pick up a stronger than “average” signal which is limiting me from completing the set up. I went so far to plug it next to a family member’s twin router where she picks up great signal however mine is still “average” I’ve submitted multiple requests to be contacted through their support function (reference numbers: ***, *** and ***) and still nothing. I’ve taken the R999 package and haven’t received ANY service. Extremely disappointed.
