Disgusting service
I have logged multiple queries but Rain simply doesn't reply. Except for a refund enquiry that they stopped replying to my RainTalk balance goes down even when no calls are made! Service is disgusting!

16 Aug 2023, 19:01Once again a private reply telling me how to set up the RainTalk app completely ignoring what I said initially whats wrong. I double checked several times that settings are correct incl sim cards. IT. DOES. NOT. WORK. AND WHY ARE MINUTES BEING DEDUCTED WHEN ITS NOT WORKING?????
ALSO, Will you be issueing a part refund since I have been complaining weeks now and NOTHING is being done? Im paying for a service I AM NOT RECEIVING

Once again a private reply telling me how to set up the RainTalk app completely ignoring what I said initially whats wrong. I double checked several times that settings are correct incl sim cards. IT. DOES. NOT. WORK. AND WHY ARE MINUTES BEING DEDUCTED WHEN ITS NOT WORKING?????

18 Aug 2023, 12:01Surely every communication should be copied onto my account? Are they not being read or was it not pasted. Are are taking 3 (THREE) different accounts as one. Hence I asked yo be called but its apparently too much of an issue???
Refund which according to rain was already credited in previous communication to me, now you say Im not due?!?!?! So what's actualky happening there?
Raintalk app is working now again. Forget the mimutes deducted. Can see with staff incompetence its not going to be rectified.
You tell me how to see which devices are connected to Rainone. That wasnt the query. I need to unblock a device.
