Disgusting service

Good day

Last month I complained about Rain deducting money from my account for the services am not using, as I am on a month to month contract with them,meaning you pay and use services, you don’t pay they switch off your wifi…they claimed I owed +-4700…I phoned their agents and didn’t get help, when I wrote here, they phoned,I told them I never used their services since February, so they said I was given grace before it was cut off, which still cannot amount to over R4000…they said they will cut of some months and I will be owing them R700 and we made an agreement that I will make a payment because I don’t want them to ever deduct money on my account…today they deducted an amount of R300, then R499….yet they say I still owe R437 or something….I am not using their services, the router is off…this is really upsetting, I have pictures….am beyond disgusted…
