disgusting service

i am very disappointed with the service received form Rain Internet Service provider. when you sign up for their deals you get the first 7 days free unlimited data. which is great and it works well. there after you pay a monthly subscription. this is going to be my third month now where i am paying with no service / connectivity what so ever. every time you call there is always some excuse. the first excuse was that my modern setting was incorrect (then how did it work for the first 7 days) when ever you send an email you get no responses. the only way of communication is to call them. you spend long time waiting for a consultant to assist. The last time i called i was told that i am connected to the wrong satellite and she will call me back within 48 hours. it has been 3 weeks later and still the consultant did not call back. you do not get refunds even if it is a problem on their side. you just faithfully get debited every month, for nothing.
