DISGUSTING SERVICE
I had a month to month contract with Rain back in 2021 -2022. I requested to cancel my services in May 2022 and it went quite till I was contacted by some attorneys requesting the funds. Which I paid and provided them with proof of payment. Now once again, RAIN is sending me endless SMS's saying I need to pay my account. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS COMPANY WITH THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAITING CONSUMERS. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed by the level of service provided.
