Disgusting service

Absolutely worst service ever, when you want wifi they are willing to call within a minute but if you need help after that they are not willing to assist, firstly they sold us wifi saying our area can take 5g when we received it it didn't work it took forever to get someone just to assist and all they kept saying is switch it on and off and let it face a window none of this worked then we canceled rain because they weren't helping us even though we tried for weeks to get help now we have been struggling for months to get our refund, keep on emailing and no one answers
