DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

If I could give you negative stars I would. I have been waiting the whole weekend to have a sim card activated. I called again this morning to find out the case has not even been assigned to somebody to assist, this after numerous phone calls over the weekend. I expect you refund me in full and to collect your worthless sim card and router from my house at my convenience.
