Disgusting Rain ISP

Absolutely pathetic service. I bought and paid for the sim. I then bought a router. I have never been able to use them. They firstly never were able to assist with getting me connected.

I am unable to cancel their service because you simply cannot get hold of them. Their support is totally atrocious.

To had insult to injury, they keep deducting R479 from me every month. I have now paid about R1500 to date, excluding the cost of the router, for a service I have never been able to use!

And they will simply deduct a further amount next month!

Is there nothing that can be done about this business taking monies from people without rendering any meaningful service. This appears to be a common trend in the complaints logged.
