Disgusting Rain Internet

From the word go this isp is terrible, took forever to get registered (rica'd) which failed and they couldn't be bothered to sms me or contact me to fix the problem.

They cannot read and write as the app says payment date is due on a date but the website says something different. Try to cancel then they still bill you for the next month.

They almost never have signal coverage in smaller areas they only cater for the METRO'S.

I tried to use the network for work purposes but there is better network from Telkom and they even have signal during loadshedding which Rain clearly cannot afford.

Rain clearly doesn't have the staff to cope with the necessary requirements for an ISP.

Oh yes their TELEPHONE LINES just keep ringing and nobody seems to care to answer.
