Disgusting, pathetic, awful, incompetence service

This is yet another 3rd sucking review I have to write about RAIN week 2 I have never been contacted regarding my refund where I clearly stated that am cancelling my services with them. I called more than 10 times to receive the same answer that someone will get back to you and never happens. I requested to speak to a supervisor I was told they don’t have the option to. It’s rather disappointing that an entire company doesn’t have supervisors which I find strange. I spoke to Phillip reference number ***2 that couldn’t help am livid and beyond disgusted by this awful service. To think I’ve recommended family member to utilise their service they sure will be calling in to cancel too. If this is not resolved in the next 24hours I’ll take it higher to bring back my money you *******!!
