Disgusting non-service from Rain

After endless bot queries leading to supposedly "people" queries on a non-functioning router and/or signal, have decided to cancel the service but also can't do that as their website won't send you the required OTP to do so. I have also been told "someone" will contact me.... still waiting and waiting. Can't believe these guys are still in business!
