Disgusting no service or speed on WiFi connection

I have no support or help from rain regarding my rain router WiFi speed. It's a disgrace because last year I called with the same problem and Rain support got the speed for WiFi going alot faster and now Rain support says they can't get it faster, why, what's the problem compared to last year. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service it's gone down totally this year.
