Disgusting ISP
I have been with rain for 4 months now and each month the service gets worse from not taking debit orders to taking debts twice. Don't even get me started on the DISGUSTING connectivity issues if you stream a show that is 30 minutes long believe me it takes 2.5 hours I have on a very good day 12.5kps up and 9kps down. There are no humans to talk to and if you send a support ticket they ask for your ID number and that's where your so called support starts and ends. What a useless excuse for an ISP..Do yourself a favour don't get Rain.

I have done this many times to no avail.This is where it starts and ends I'm tired of sending an email address or sending my ID number then no response from you people.My suggestion is to contact your clients over the phone and explain why there are always issues.Why the connections are so bad. Why we get double debts or you just don't run debt orders.
