Disgusting customer service from Rain

I have been having problems with my connections intermittent network problems and for two days of no network connection. Their customer agents clueless and telling you different stories on I don't have any connection, with no empathy asked managers to call me and they never do absolutely disgusting 🤢 service. Will definitely cancel my subscription month end
