Disgusting Customer Service

I am disgruntled and disgusted of Rain , Rain uses *****ulent tactics to de***** customers. I paid R1312.00 for my subscription which includes of course 4 Sim cards, this happen on the 15 May 2015 but my Sim cards were not reloeladed with airtime and data, I called Rain numerous times, initially I was informed that Rain no longer reload Sim cards which was new to me.The next person promised to reload Sim cards asap, as of now I have not received my airtime and data which I have paid for. Seriously I don't recommend Rain to anyone with this new **** that they are implementing. Come next month, I cancel my subcsription
