Disgusting Company of *******

It is with utmost disgust that I have to write this review, in September I contacted Rain to cancel the service with them I was advised that I needed to pay for the Sept month we agreed cause I have utilised their services. We agreed that I’ll make payment over 2months which they debited my account in Oct for the first portion then in November they debited an amount of R1500 which wasn’t the agreement. The last amount that was suppose to be debited was R300 but they tripled that amount. I contacted them numerous times and I was told that the billing department will call me to date I have not received any communication from Rain. Am beyond disgusted with such an appalling service and their rude customer agents who are not properly trained. I then spoke to the supervisor who goes by the name of Archana who confirmed that indeed a cancellation was done but not actioned. She told me that she will escalate it to the relevant department it’s almost a week now with no feedback from the so called department and I will go to the greatest lengths to have my money reimbursed to me.
