Disgusting, appalling service from your courier

Rain you really need to reconsider your courier service. I have been waiting since the 29th of April for my sim card with Ram with reference RAIN04-***8. I keep on receiving texts to say it's out for delivery but it never comes, no call from the driver either. It's now the 10th May and I still havent received my parcel. Just look at their reviews on hello Peter, specifically around their delivery of your sim cards and you will understand that they're bringing your business down. It really is unacceptable
