Disgusting and waste of time

Rain needs to be very honest with its customers especially foreigners. I recently bought a sim card via takealot without any hustle. The problem started when i was trying to register with my passport. They clearly indicated i need to buy another sim card from them directly if i hope to use their services. Why can't they just be open from the words go. STOP ALL FOREIGNERS FROM BUYING YOUR SIM CARDS FROM TAKEALOT.
