Disgusting and pathetic service delivery

It’s actually disgusting that we have to pay for such a useless service provider, I’ve just read majority of the reviews and everyone is experiencing the same problem, where it says Registration unsuccessful or no service, we call the support line they make you restart your router half of the time they don’t even know what we are saying it’s like they are programmed to say the same thing and in the end you still have the same problem. There is a network fault there aren’t any down towers cause if there was a tower down it would show on the HUAWEI AI app instead it just shows the router is unable to pick up network hence our SIM cards aren’t working. But at the end of the month you will still get debited for this **** service and they will never compensate us as clients for all the money we spend on the support calls to be told the same thing repeatedly.
