Disgusting

Poorest service ever. I ordered my router and i was advised it will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days but now I am being told that the parcel is missing. Funny enough, the process of me ordering was too quick but they failed to deliver. I called several times and I was taken from pillar to post. Their so called team leaders are so useless, they will always tell you that the matter is being escalated to the logistic department but they never get back to you, not even an e-mail, wow. I advised initially when i was placing the order that i need it urgently as I am working from home and i had a problem with my previous router. I wish people can sign petition for this bunch of ******s to close down. they promise but fail to deliver. I mean i have paid for the router, i owe them nothing but I am being told the package is missing from their side. Oh okay, what's next then? Rain???
