Disgusting

Contract taken out on the 15th of July and till this minute the sim card is still not activated!! Money has been deducted but no service. We regret taking up this contract!! The incompetency of the service consultants is mind blowing - no resolution, no feedback, instead we are taken from one agent to the next and told about a billing department that clearly does not exist.
