Disgusting

I am absolutely disgusted by the service that Rain gives their customers. I contacted them as I required a new router and the first question that I asked was does my area have coverage?, to which the useless sales consultant on numerous occasions as I asked multiple times advised me that my area definitely has 5G coverage. So I went ahead and paid for the router which took 1 sec for them to take my money. I received delivery 2 days later and yes, the router did not work. I contacted their support line which says that they are open till 8pm but there was no answer from 17:00 right till 20:00. The next morning I contacted them and the sales manager informed me that there is no coverage in my area and that he would personally see to it that the cancellation gets processed and that I would be refunded. It is now almost 20 days later and I still don't have my refund. I have been calling rain everyday multiple times a day and I always get the same response, we will process the cancellation. Their staff and managers are so *********** and you will wait forever to get help from them. Please, please don't ever use this company. You will regret even googling their name. Stay far far away from Rain. Worst company ever!!!
