DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE

This is the worst internet service provider. I submitted multiple tickets to cancel my account as I cannot afford it anymore. They never responded. Today a month later I finally got a number for them and contacted again after submitting another ticket to cancel my account. End Feb they didnt get their R499 as they didnt come back to me, I again submitted a ticket to stop debiting my account as it is taking fees. They still trying to debit money from my account. They cut my internet end Feb after no payment and today they want to tell me I have an outstanding amount where they can also see on their system the internet was put off and never used. The sim and everything was removed end of Feb. They are very quick to say cancel anytime but when we want to cancel, they never get back to us and for a cheek want us to pay for internet we never got. They are a total disgrace and are not honest with people about their cancellation policy. Cancel anytime but you cannot until you pay for internet you didnt use.

PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST OR USE THEM ITS ALL JUST TALKS, THEY WILL GIVE YOU A HARD TIME WHEN IT COMES TOCANCELLATIONS AND YOUR OWN MONEY THEY WANT TO TAKE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!!
