Disgusted with Service rendered !!!

They cancelled my subscription then when I called some lady told me they hadn’t debited my account in 2 months even though they debited last month and she was not helpful at all , and when I told her I want to cancel my subscription she said I had to pay the outstanding amount even though it’s not my fault they didn’t Debit the amount from my bank , she was utterly rude and unhelpful I really regret joining rain and would not recommending anyone join it or taking the are better network providers with better service
