the worst service ever , you hold forever to get through to customers service You are unable to change payment details on their website website is extremely slow service is pathetic and disgusted we will be cancelling this internet service whole weekend we calling the call center no answer we request a call back still no call back received .

If you are unable to change your payment details please try this link we will debit a R1 however we will refund it back to your account. Back to the card and in the process, it will change your payment details https://www.rain.co.za/my-account/editPayment.
