DISGUSTED RAIN CLIENT

I am yet to receive a call or any form of contact from RAIN. I have cancelled all the packages and they have not collected their router neither have they refunded my money. What kind of small hobby are they running? This is not a business at all! I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with their service!
