Disgusted RAIN***

Firstly I would like to thank Rain for sending my parcel to disgusting Ram as early as possible,So Ram send me an email and sms that my parcel is being delivered I wait for them and came as promised only to be told my proof of residence address doesn't match my delivery address and they left with my parcel can someone help me out or explain on how does this work ,I mean I dont live here I sent an address that will be best and easier for them since I've read about their ****iness only yo find out I was wrong and became their victim of incompetence I'm disgusted ,and Rain is getting a bad name because of a stupid courier service that doesnt put their customers first
