Disgusted in Rains service

I have never such bad service from a service.provider like i do with Rain. Pathetic. Doing system upgrades nit checking if the system can handle it. Now the network is down because they dont have backups in place.PEOPLE SHOULD NOT join Rain. Absolutely disgusted in the service. Quick to ask if u paid the account but not effiecient in getting networks resokved. Ekurhuleni is faster in restoring an outage. Seriously disgusted
