Disgusted in Rain

We have been using a rain simcard for a few months and had no problems. We upgraded to a 24/7 sim card but cannot rica the sim. After commuting through emials customer support has now shut down and we are unable to coummicate even though payment has been made in full. Totally disgusted in their customer support system and lack of commitment.
